Interview With the Team

Next, you'll meet with the manager or department lead. These interviews are a mix of candid conversations and real-life scenarios. We want to understand how you think, how you work with others, and how you lead yourself through challenges. Our interviews are not designed to test you, but rather to assess how you approach problem-solving, service, and decision-making.

Offer & Onboarding

If we both believe it's a good match, we'll extend a formal offer and begin the onboarding process. From day one, you'll be supported by team leads, guided through product and service training, and welcomed into our culture.
