Role: IT Quality Assurance Manager, Sporting Life Group

I began my journey at Sporting Life Group back in May 2021 when I joined as an IT Quality Assurance Analyst.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to take on new challenges and projects and grow within the organization. Today, I work as a Quality Assurance Manager, where I support different IT and business teams.

It’s been a rewarding path, and I’m grateful for the chance to contribute to such a dynamic and passionate organization.

My role focuses on maintaining quality across various IT tech stacks, ensuring smooth systems and processes, enabling store teams and e-commerce to succeed, and delivering great customer experiences. This matters because it directly impacts how effectively we serve our customers and support our colleagues. At the end of the day, my work helps us live up to the Sporting Life promise: offering exceptional products and experiences that inspire active living.

My go-to brand is Arc’teryx. I appreciate it because it combines performance, quality, and style in a way that fits both my professional and personal life. Whether I’m at work, outdoors, or just staying active, it’s a brand I can rely on.

I live my Sporting Life by staying active and embracing balance. For me, that means playing golf whenever I get a chance, hiking trails with my wife and daughter, swimming on weekends, etc.  It’s also about bringing the same energy and positivity to my work as I do to my personal pursuits.
