Updated: Feb 4

If you are passionate about sport & style and want to work in a fun, fast-paced retail environment, we are hiring Part-Time Sales Associates at our in-person Hiring Event on February 20 - 21, 2026.

Why Oakridge

Oakridge Park is one of the most exciting new developments in Vancouver, and this premium location is a big step forward for our brand in BC. That also means opportunity: new team, new store, strong momentum, and the chance to be part of something from the ground up.

What you’ll do

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly, confident presence customers remember. You’ll support the day-to-day energy of the store and help make every visit feel easy and enjoyable.

Here’s what the role looks like:

  • Help customers find the right gear + apparel for their sport and lifestyle

  • Deliver great service on the sales floor and at cash

  • Learn product basics and share recommendations with confidence

  • Support replenishment and merchandising to keep the store looking sharp and organized

No two days are the same — and that’s part of the fun.

Hiring Event: February 20–21 (In-Person Interviews)

Here’s how it works:

  1. Apply online

  2. Our team will review applications

  3. If selected, you’ll be invited to an in-person interview at the event in Vancouver on February 20-21, 2026

Role details

  • Part-time roles (we’ll consider you for the best department fit based on your experience)

  • 💰 $17.85–$20.00/hour + the best employee discount program in Canada

  • 📍 Store Location 650 W 41st Ave, 3549, Vancouver, BC, V5Z 2M9

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to know everything on day one. What matters most is your attitude and how you show up for customers and teammates.

You’ll do well here if you’re someone who:

  • Enjoys talking to people and helping solve problems

  • Brings positive energy and stays calm when it’s busy

  • Learns quickly (and asks good questions)

  • Likes sport, gear, apparel, and lives an active lifestyle

  • Takes pride in a clean, well-merchandised space

Retail experience is nice to have but not required. If you’ve worked in customer service, hospitality, sports environments, or team-based jobs, that experience translates well.
